In home sessions are one of my favorites, but this one was a dream. I always wonder where all those Instagram and pinterest mom's existed. Turns out we have one right here in Whatcom County. Joanna's house is a dream, and she was so sweet. I had so much fun spending the morning with her and her girls. Joanna and I are also connected by our stories of CMV. I'm so fortunate that I call this my job, but more fortunate that it has brought some incredible people into my life.

I often get people asking what a lifestyle session is, or thinking they can't have one. Please know a house that looks like this is a rare gem. If your house isn't a pinterest lover's dream that is OKAY! I love old homes with character and eclectic pieces that tell stories just in their being there. These sessions are so laid back and fun. You get to do things you love doing with your family (baking, reading, playing, etc) and I capture your authentic love and real moments. Whatever season you may be in, it is all fleeting. Don't let it pass by without capturing it.
